Job description
Responsible for managing the full admissions process at Meraki Education, from responding to prospective student and family enquiries through to application submission, assessment coordination, and final admission decisions. Provides exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with families and students, ensuring a smooth and informative admissions experience. Collaborates closely with colleagues and departments to facilitate enrollment procedures and maintain consistent communication across the institution. Supports the school’s mission of academic excellence, joyful learning, and promoting cultural values and self-reliance among students. Ensures that all admissions procedures are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with institutional policies.

Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to student and family enquiries regarding admissions procedures, programs, and school offerings
- Manage the application process, including document collection, verification, and assessment scheduling
- Coordinate student assessments and communicate results and feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring families have a clear understanding of the admissions process
- Collaborate with school staff and departments to support enrollment activities and information sharing
- Maintain accurate records of applications, assessments, and communications with prospective families
- Support promotional events and school tours to enhance engagement with prospective students and families
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the admissions process through feedback and process evaluation
Experience & skills
- Experience in admissions or education sector roles with knowledge of school enrollment procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with students, families, and staff
- Proficiency in customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse and multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple applications and enquiries simultaneously
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling student information and records
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
