Job description
The New Frontiers – Middle East Sales Advisor is responsible for driving business growth across industrial markets in the Middle East for Cordant Solutions’ asset management and machinery monitoring portfolio. The role focuses on penetrating new industrial sectors, displacing competitors with end-to-end plant-wide solutions, and establishing Cordant Solutions as a trusted partner for asset performance management. The position requires strategic sales leadership, strong industrial market knowledge, and close collaboration with regional sales and support teams.

Key responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategies to penetrate new industrial markets across the Middle East.
- Drive competitive displacement by positioning Cordant Solutions as a comprehensive plant-wide solution provider.
- Develop and expand key customer relationships at executive and operational levels.
- Lead reference site development initiatives to showcase best practices and customer success stories.
- Promote new products and digital APM solutions through customer education and internal enablement.
- Engage early with end-users, design institutes, consultants, and system integrators to influence project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategy and execution.
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and respond proactively to industry changes.
- Support global agreements and long-term partnerships within targeted industrial sectors.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in sales or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven experience defining and executing business strategies in industrial markets.
- Strong knowledge of Middle East industrial sectors such as Mining & Metals, Transportation, Paper, Infrastructure, and Fertilizers.
- Knowledge of asset management and APM digital solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
