Job description
Training plans, schedules and records make up most of the working week for this HR & Training Coordinator. Annual training plans and employee development programmes start with you and are carried through to delivery. Sessions can be in-house or outsourced, using methods such as on-the-job training, mentoring, simulations, workshops and professional courses. Department managers and supervisors agree dates with you, while venues, materials and attendance tracking are handled on your side. Training facilities, equipment and learning resources also need looking after. Effectiveness is measured after each programme, with participation and outcomes reported accurately. HR administration fills the rest of the time, including reports, records and filing, plus cover during leave or busy periods. Confidentiality of HR information is essential throughout. Candidates need a Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resources or Business Administration, 2 to 3 years in training coordination or a similar role, and proficiency in Arabic and English.
