Job description
The Principal Technical Program Manager - Datacenter Fitout at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is responsible for leading and delivering medium to large complexity GPU infrastructure projects and managing strategic Colocation (CoLo) partnerships across the EMEA region. The role includes driving alignment with business goals, ensuring successful project implementation, and managing project risks and communication. The TPM manages cross-functional teams, negotiates contracts, and maintains schedules to ensure timely delivery of design and construction tasks. The position also involves representing the team to VP level, mentoring junior program managers, improving project methodologies, and tracking project progress. Candidates should have over 6 years of technical infrastructure experience, deep understanding of data center builds, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in the low voltage industry is also required.

Key responsibilities
- Manage development and implementation of data center fitout projects across EMEA
- Lead and deliver medium to large GPU infrastructure programs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with CoLo Partners
- Conduct regular meetings to ensure project alignment and progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing for Non-Recurring Contracts
- Coordinate cross-functional project execution with internal and external teams
- Facilitate transparent communication between CoLo partners and Oracle teams
- Track project milestones, status, and issues; report to stakeholders
- Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
- Improve efficiency by streamlining project management processes
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and lessons learned into future initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and Colo services best practices
Experience & skills
- 6+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Experience in data center design, construction, and infrastructure builds
- Proven expertise in vendor and partner relationship management
- Program/project management certifications with track record of complex deliveries
- Ability to influence and communicate at all organizational levels
- Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the Low Voltage Industry or related fields
