Job description
Client meetings across different time zones and tight submission deadlines shape much of the week in FAB's Corporate Banking coverage team in Abu Dhabi. The Director grade here sits on the relationship manager track, supporting the Executive Director while owning an assigned corporate portfolio. Revenue targets, client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality all sit with you. New business comes through origination across banking products, NTB bookings and cross-selling into existing relationships, backed by Account Plans for every key client. Term Sheets, Information Memorandums and mandate letters are drafted within the team, and you pitch, negotiate and conclude the deals yourself. Credit, market and operational risk questions get resolved with the product and enablement units, while credit reviews and KYC and AML requirements need to be met on time. Process KPIs, ORM, BCP and Internal Audit standards apply throughout. Strong credit analysis, financial modelling and FOREX skills are expected, along with 8 to 10 years in corporate banking coverage. A master's degree in business administration or finance is preferred.
