Job description
The Senior Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the Global Revenue Strategy team by safeguarding revenue standards across Kempinski Hotels and ensuring accurate data and analysis for decision-making. This role includes maintaining and implementing revenue-related brand standards, tools, and SOPs, supporting global promotions and campaigns, and consolidating performance results to identify best practices and revenue opportunities. The analyst works closely with regional teams to improve processes, guidelines, and tools, while providing monthly and ad hoc reporting using multiple third-party data sources including STR, Travelclick, Rateshopping, and OTA platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring rate integrity, analyzing competitive sets, market segmentation, source markets, channel performance, and corporate offer performance. The role requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite, along with strong RMS knowledge (preferably Duetto or EZRMS). The analyst must be able to work independently, often remotely, in a dynamic international environment, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and provide actionable insights to support revenue strategy and commercial distribution across multiple hotels globally.

Key responsibilities
- Safeguard Kempinski revenue standards across hotels, including room type changes, upselling, competitive sets, and market segmentation
- Assist in setting up and maintaining revenue-related brand standards, guidelines, tools, and SOPs, ensuring upload to mykempinski extranet
- Collaborate with regional teams to improve processes, tools, and guidelines
- Provide monthly reporting results to the CCO on market segmentation, source markets, channel/OTA, wholesale production, and brand contribution
- Conduct ad hoc analysis at property, regional, or corporate levels using multiple third-party data sources such as STR, Travelclick, Rateshopping, or OTA data
- Define and review performance of corporate offers, commercial actions, and campaigns
- Monitor rate integrity, investigate rate parity issues, and develop strategies to resolve discrepancies
Experience & skills
- 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- RMS knowledge, preferably Duetto or EZRMS
- Excellent written and verbal command of English
- Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, fluently, and persuasively
- Strong analytical skills with ability to draw actionable conclusions from complex data
- Detail-oriented approach to all duties
- Initiative and ability to generate and formulate ideas independently
