Job description
The Regional Manager – Retail Operations in Jabel Ali South, Dubai, is responsible for overseeing and driving the operational performance of multiple retail locations within the region. The role ensures sales targets are met while maintaining operational excellence and delivering high-quality customer experiences. The manager leads regional teams, monitors performance, optimizes processes, manages budgets and resources, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and standards. This position requires strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to implement operational improvements across retail stores to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee retail operations across multiple stores within the designated region
