Job description
The Senior Account Manager - Hospitality at Honeywell is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing account strategy within the hospitality sector. This role focuses on expanding Honeywellâs footprint across automation and smart hospitality solutions, leveraging the companyâs portfolio to deliver value-driven, sustainable, and technologically advanced offerings. The Senior Account Manager will oversee forecasting, channel management, and performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are achieved while maintaining strong, consultative partnerships with clients.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting hospitality clients across Saudi Arabia
- Manage existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored automation and technology solutions aligned with client needs
- Drive forecast management, revenue planning, and channel performance metrics to achieve sales objectives
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with Honeywellâs commercial and operational goals
- Maintain deep knowledge of hospitality technologies and automation solutions to position Honeywell as a trusted partner
- Track and report on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends to senior management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless solution delivery
- Promote Honeywell Forge and related smart building technologies as part of integrated hospitality offerings
- Represent Honeywell at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and relationships
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within hospitality, automation, or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of hospitality systems and applications, including automation and smart property technologies
- Demonstrated success managing large accounts, sales pipelines, and forecasting processes
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with an ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global organization
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for client engagement and business development
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
