Job description
The Manager - TB Cluster Mobility Planning and Operations at The Red Sea (Mobility Co.) is responsible for leading all aspects of land mobility planning and execution across the Amaala Triple Bay sites. This position supports the Senior Manager, Venue Operations & Special Events in ensuring efficient and effective management of transportation systems within and around the Amaala properties, including guest access, parking, workforce shuttles, pedestrian movement, and buggy systems. The role involves developing comprehensive transportation strategies, coordinating with Hotel Operators and internal Mobility teams, and maintaining real-time performance oversight through the Transport Operations Command and Control (TOCC). The Manager must identify risks, develop contingency and crisis management plans, and ensure adherence to site safety and operational standards. Duties include managing transport resources, supervising drivers and field teams, and ensuring alignment with RSGās broader operational framework. The position demands hands-on involvement in ground operations, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement, and the ability to make quick, effective decisions in high-pressure environments. The role requires proven experience in venue or large-scale transport operations, project management, contractor coordination, and the ability to evaluate performance KPIs for infrastructure and vehicle operations. Flexibility, adaptability, and bilingual proficiency are essential as the position involves irregular working hours, including evenings and weekends, and active participation during events and emergencies.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of land mobility across Amaala Triple Bay sites, ensuring efficient parking management, workforce shuttles, and guest access systems
- Develop and implement comprehensive transportation plans for events and venues in coordination with Mobility teams and Hotel Operators
- Manage on-site teams, drivers, and transport equipment to ensure efficient resource allocation and operational readiness
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, Hotel Operators, and affiliated companies to ensure smooth execution of transportation services
- Identify operational risks and develop contingency and crisis management plans for potential transport disruptions or incidents
- Monitor transportation performance via the Transport Operations Command and Control (TOCC) system in real-time to ensure optimal performance and respond to emerging issues
- Analyse transport data including traffic flow, parking utilization, and shuttle operations to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Develop and implement transportation policies, SLAs, procedures, and site-specific contingency plans for land mobility operations
- Oversee guest and workforce transportation during events, ensuring timely vehicle dispatch, smooth traffic flow, and efficient parking management
- Evaluate and optimize contractor performance (infrastructure and vehicles) based on KPIs and operational outcomes
- Coordinate with emergency response experts and relevant teams to restore normal operations during breakdowns or incidents
- Provide assistance and guidance to guests and staff regarding transport inquiries, shuttle routes, and accessibility requirements
- Prepare and submit reports to the Senior Manager on operational issues, incident responses, and performance outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational procedures across all mobility operations
- Work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed to oversee transportation during high-demand periods
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transport operations, site mobility management, or venue logistics
- Proven experience in planning and managing large-scale site transport operations including events and venue logistics
- Strong background in coordinating transport teams, contractors, and third parties under complex operational conditions
- Experience with project management in integrated, multi-stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of emergency response, site transport guidelines, and crisis management procedures
- Ability to evaluate contractor performance using KPIs and adjust strategies to enhance efficiency
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with calm decision-making under pressure
- Valid driverās license required
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking and sound judgment in operational decision-making
- Ability to manage TOCC systems and analyse transportation data for performance optimization
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and with external partners
