Job description
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and dining operations to ensure guests receive exceptional service and memorable dining experiences. The role involves supervising service teams, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring operational efficiency across all food and beverage activities. By coordinating closely with team members and management, the supervisor ensures smooth service delivery while proactively addressing guest needs and resolving service challenges. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and hospitality skills to maintain the brandās reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage service operations to ensure service standards and procedures are consistently followed.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by engaging with guests from arrival to departure and ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining journey.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff and other departments to ensure efficient service and smooth operational flow.
- Monitor service quality and ensure that team members follow hospitality and service guidelines.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and implement effective service recovery measures when required.
- Train and guide team members to maintain high levels of service performance and professionalism.
- Ensure that dining areas are well-organized, clean, and prepared for service at all times.
- Communicate proactively with team members to ensure that guest needs and expectations are met.
- Support management in maintaining operational efficiency and meeting service performance targets.
- Encourage a positive team environment that focuses on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Experience & skills
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related hospitality field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar food and beverage supervisory role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
- Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive guest relationships.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve service issues effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced hospitality environments.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
