Job description
The Management Consulting Senior Manager in Accenture’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice will lead cross-functional teams to deliver client value in the Portfolio, Program, and Project Controls domain. The role involves managing key client relationships, planning and executing complex projects, and collaborating with internal service leads and software vendors like Oracle Construction and Engineering. The position requires identifying new business opportunities, developing pipelines, overseeing financials, scope, and risk, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. The Senior Manager will contribute to business development, stay informed on industry trends, and foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture. The role spans the Products and Health & Public Services operating groups across the Middle East region, with a strong focus on client engagement, innovation, and strategic advisory in infrastructure and capital projects.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand business needs and strategic priorities
- Lead planning and execution of client projects with high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed expectations
- Collaborate with industry experts and service leads to create customized client solutions
- Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and risk for successful service delivery
- Serve as primary liaison between the client and Accenture’s service teams for smooth communication and issue resolution
- Stay updated on industry developments to offer insights and strategic recommendations
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development
- Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning within the team
Experience & skills
- Possess experience leading implementations of digital solutions in Infrastructure & Capital Projects
- Have at least 15 years of experience, preferably from consulting or strategy organizations
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor degree
- Demonstrate ability to grow the market in infrastructure and capital projects domain
- Show experience partnering with software vendors like Oracle Construction and Engineering
- Exhibit proven capability in managing large programs and projects
- Demonstrate ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
- Show strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
