Job description
The OT Security Senior Consultant (Saudi Nationals Only) at Accenture will perform analysis of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA/DCS/IIoT) architectures and infrastructures in the context of cybersecurity, design and implement cybersecurity solutions for ICS environments, and support leading ICS security projects within Security Transformation programs. The role includes developing ICS control frameworks based on industry best practices and international/national standards, and implementing or improving ICS security management processes at client organizations. Candidates must have 5 years of experience in cyber security or industrial automation, a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Cybersecurity, Computer Science (IT) or similar, strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, the ability to author documents for varying audiences, a passion for advisory and cybersecurity topics, and willingness to continuously self-develop. Preferred capabilities include knowledge of NIST-CSF and ISO/IEC 27000, OT standards and frameworks such as IEC/ISA 62443 and NIST SP 800-82, network security design and technologies, OT/ICS systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, EMS), and industrial communication protocols and vendor technologies.

- Perform analysis of the architecture and infrastructure of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA/DCS/IIoT) in the context of cybersecurity

Experience & skills
- Hold 5 years of working experience in cyber security or industrial automation
- Possess a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Cybersecurity, Computer Science (IT) or similar
- Demonstrate a passion for advisory and cybersecurity topics and willingness to continuously self-develop
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to author technical and non-technical documents for varying audiences
- Knowledge of internationally recognized cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST-CSF, ISO/IEC 27000 series) (preferred)
- Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks (IEC/ISA 99/62443, NIST SP 800-82) (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in network security design and technologies (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in OT/ICS systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, EMS) (preferred)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and technologies from vendors such as Rockwell, Siemens, ABB, and Schneider Electric (preferred)
