The Field Sales Manager (Classifieds) at Bayut KSA, part of the Dubizzle Group, operates within the online classifieds and property portal industry, supporting a platform that connects millions of users across the Kingdom and contributes to a collective network of 10 brands with more than 200 million monthly users. The role is responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Consultants and Supervisors, delivering consistent training and development, and ensuring high sales performance standards in a fast-paced, high-performing work environment. The position includes developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues, setting individual and monthly sales targets for new and existing business including hunters for new business, and achieving monthly sales targets through both personal and group accounts. The Field Sales Manager plans and directs sales team training on CRM systems, oversees pipeline management, lead generation, and quarterly sales production review parameters, and tracks, collates, and interprets sales performance metrics for reporting to senior management. Responsibilities extend to recruiting, developing, and training new sales agents; monitoring budgets and tracking progress; maintaining records of team sales, payments, and account reviews; and verifying agency data and numbers within assigned areas to analyse growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs. The role requires strong knowledge of the local market, sales techniques, Trade Marketing, and Route to Market understanding, as well as regular field visits to establish, maintain, and expand the customer base, allocate new agencies to the existing team, manage agency pools, and coordinate feedback with marketing, operations, and tech teams to enhance product effectiveness and address client issues and concerns. The role also involves collecting customer feedback and market research and channelising it internally for effective follow-ups and performance improvement.

- Manage, lead, and coach a team of Sales Consultants and Supervisors by providing structured training on sales techniques, product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and CRM usage while ensuring the team is fully equipped with necessary resources to perform effectively.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with organisational sales goals and revenue targets, set individual and monthly sales targets for new and existing business including hunters, and achieve monthly sales targets through a combination of personal and group accounts.
- Generate leads and prospects in line with quarterly sales production review parameters, oversee pipeline management activities, schedule and conduct client meetings, provide post-meeting feedback, and ensure continuous improvement in sales execution.
- Track, collate, and interpret sales performance metrics, maintain accurate records of team sales, payments, and account reviews, prepare sales reporting for senior management, and monitor budgets to track financial progress against targets.
- Recruit, develop, and train new sales agents, verify agency data and numbers within assigned areas to analyse growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs, manage agency pools, and allocate new agencies to the existing team to expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team activities, strengthen client relationships, establish, maintain, and expand the customer base, and ensure alignment with Route to Market strategies and Trade Marketing initiatives.
- Collect customer feedback and conduct market research, source structured feedback to marketing, operations, and tech teams to enhance product effectiveness and resolve client issues, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to improve overall sales performance.
Experience & skills
- Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related field and demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of sales experience including Sales, Trade Marketing, and Route to Market understanding, with at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Possess strong knowledge of the local market and demonstrate expertise in different sales techniques, pipeline management, lead generation, and quarterly sales production review processes.
- Hold a valid KSA driving license and demonstrate capability to perform regular field visits and manage field sales operations effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems, sales performance metrics tracking, revenue forecasting, sales reporting, budget monitoring, and account review management within a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills supported by strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues.
- Show ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and influence a diverse sales team, interact at all organisational levels using written and verbal communication, and collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and tech teams.
- Demonstrate capability to analyse agency data, verify numbers, manage agency pools, allocate new agencies strategically, and leverage market research insights to drive growth opportunities and performance improvements.
