Job description
As a Property Consultant – Off Plan at a leading Dubai real estate company with 16 years of success, the role involves advising clients on off-plan property investments, conducting market trend analyses, and managing the full sales process from lead generation to transaction closure. Consultants are expected to provide ongoing support to clients, attend property launches and networking events, and maintain detailed CRM records. Consultants must ensure documentation compliance with UAE real estate regulations and keep up to date with current market trends. The role offers a commission-only structure, with earnings ranging from 50%–70% per sale, and includes benefits such as premium medical insurance, free parking, fuel allowance, and travel incentives for high performers. Key responsibilities
- Provide property investment advice based on market trends and client preferences
- Support clients throughout the entire sales process from inquiry to closing
- Attend property launches and developer events for networking and updates
- Generate new leads through cold-calling, advertising, and presentations
- Conduct comparative market analysis for off-plan properties
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all sales activities and client communications
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE real estate regulations
- Stay informed on current real estate market trends and developments
Experience & skills
- Mandatory UAE real estate experience in off-plan sales
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Fluency in German, Dutch, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, or Farsi is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and trustworthy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- UAE driving license and car preferred
