Job description
The Delivery Manager role in Doha focuses on delivering complex and pressing challenges by taking ownership of a small project or an independent workstream within a larger initiative, creating functionally aligned plans with clear initiatives and timelines. The position involves working alongside public-sector and healthcare client leaders and other consulting teams to design and implement innovative solutions, actively managing client relationships, and supervising or closely collaborating with client teams to achieve project goals. The role requires on-the-ground project team participation, including performance monitoring, performance evaluation, and efficiency tracking, while coaching less tenured team members to build sustainable client capabilities beyond project completion. The Delivery Manager specializes in one or more service lines, becoming a subject matter expert in a chosen sector or function, and strengthens the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing expertise across teams. Experience with digital transformation in the public sector is highly relevant, particularly in implementing large-scale initiatives and navigating sector-specific challenges and opportunities. The role requires demonstrated experience in organizational development including organizational design and talent management, transformational delivery involving implementation of large transformational programs, and productivity and performance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects, overseeing small units with budget responsibility, maintaining superior client service commitment, and contributing to continuous learning through formal training programs and structured apprenticeship models while communicating complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.
