It is responsible for orchestrating partner enablement activities and managing performance metrics to ensure successful execution of joint go-to-market plans. The role requires deep engagement with enterprise partners and customers, leveraging Cisco’s portfolio including networking, cloud, security, data center, and AI solutions to drive profitable growth. - Serve as a strategic advisor for key partner accounts to position Cisco as the preferred technology partner for AI and national-scale infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement partner sales strategies to increase Cisco’s relevance and value across joint initiatives and ecosystem-driven opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and partner stakeholders to influence and execute joint strategic plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale revenue streams aligned with national priorities and digital transformation objectives.
- Orchestrate partner enablement programs and manage performance metrics to ensure successful execution of joint go-to-market strategies.
- Drive profitable growth through effective partner management and alignment with Cisco’s cloud, networking, security, and AI portfolio.
- Lead engagement within complex, matrixed organizations to coordinate multiple stakeholders and achieve strategic outcomes.
- Support execution of subscription, cloud, and managed services-based sales models across partner ecosystems.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrated experience in technology sales and partner management within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth and measurable revenue through partner-led sales models.
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations and coordinating multiple stakeholders toward strategic outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen and operational excellence in managing partner relationships and sales performance.
- Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English for business communication and executive presentations.
- Regional experience in the UAE or broader Middle East market preferred.
- Familiarity with Arabic language is a strong advantage.
- Experience with cloud technologies, subscription-based sales, and managed services business models preferred.
- Knowledge of Cisco portfolio including networking, data center, cloud, security, and AI solutions preferred.
- Strong ability to build consensus, collaborate across teams, and establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
