Job description
Accenture is seeking an Infra Transformation Senior Analyst to join its Technology Consulting division in Dubai. The role involves managing and optimizing IT infrastructure across hybrid environments, including on-premises and cloud-based systems. The Senior Analyst will ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise networks and systems while supporting ongoing transformation projects. Working within one of the worldâs leading innovation-driven consultancies, this position offers exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, global collaboration, and access to cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, virtualization, and automation, combined with the ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, and virtualization platforms
- Support hybrid environments spanning on-premises data centers and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ensure uptime, performance, and system reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues across infrastructure layers
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure systems meet compliance and security standards
- Maintain and update infrastructure documentation including configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in infrastructure migration and upgrade projects across multiple environments
- Support after-hours maintenance or incident response activities when required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and infrastructure transformation programs
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in IT infrastructure engineering or systems administration
- Strong expertise in managing Windows and/or Linux server environments
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of networking protocols and fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience working with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash for automation and monitoring
- Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability frameworks
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced consulting environment
