Job description
Everything that happens to a corporate credit facility after approval sits within this Assistant Manager's remit, from documentation execution and security perfection through to loan disbursement. You manage limit updates in Finacle, lodge documents and keep collateral records current, all with minimal RM engagement in day to day processing. Credit related transactions get processed against stipulated standards, covering limit extensions, temporary overdraft requests, trade transactions and one off approvals. Daily referrals across Smart Business and RMWB channels, spanning trade, referrals and clearing, get actioned with the relevant approvals in place. Loan rollovers, pre-settlements and repayments are processed alongside timely disbursements that comply with approved conditions and bank policy. Finance managers, CFOs and authorized signatories all get engaged directly to complete documentation, disbursement and collateral perfection. Exceptions across the allocated portfolio, including past dues, get monitored and managed daily, with escalation to BU or management where needed. Perfected security packs are lodged to CRAD DLT, and any observations raised get addressed within the required timeline. WB reports covering expired valuation and insurance items get remediated, with escalation triggered where clients fail to submit on time, and reports or data get prepared for Central Bank and other auditors as required, alongside pricing checks once FRS is released.
