That covers IAM policies and procedures for authentication, authorization and identity management, along with user access, provisioning and deprovisioning in Active Directory. Single Sign-On, federation and the data feeds that move identity information into IAM and out to target systems also fall under your remit. Some of the work is technical cleanup, such as resolving identity duplicates and conflicts or integrating new systems into the IAM structure. Other parts are analytical, specifying business and functional requirements and designing identity management processes and workflows. Access monitoring and audit support keep the firm compliant with internal policy and industry regulation.
