Job description
The Sales Director at Lucidya in Riyadh is responsible for leading and scaling the sales organization to drive revenue growth in the B2B SaaS and customer experience domain. This senior role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and engaging with key client accounts to secure ongoing business. The Sales Director ensures effective pipeline management, accurate CRM data, and implements performance tracking through KPIs and executive reporting. Acting as a key advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the role shapes strategic sales initiatives and contributes to company objectives. - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targeted Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of sales representatives to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.
- Ensure accuracy of CRM data and effective pipeline management to maximise sales productivity.

Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within B2B SaaS or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Experience in managing, developing, and coaching a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales strategies, and revenue metrics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to drive execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA preferred.
