Job description
As a Senior Brand Designer at Tabby, youâll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand comes to life across every touchpoint â from bold marketing campaigns to thoughtful in-app experiences. Youâll lead the creative development of Tabbyâs flagship Pay Later products. Itâs high-impact design work that spans digital, physical and everything in between. Weâre looking for someone whoâs equal parts creative visionary and detail-obsessed executor â someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to turn strategy into scroll-stopping, eye-catching design. Youâll collaborate closely with teams across the business to build work thatâs not only beautiful but meaningful â helping to define how millions of shoppers experience Tabby.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Concept, prototype and execute brand and marketing experiences for Tabbyâs Pay Later products across web, app, social, email, paid media and in-store materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product and design to ensure visual consistency and high-quality storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Craft compelling stories and visuals for seasonal campaigns and creative launches in close collaboration with the wider Brand Studio.
- Own the visual consistency of the Pay Later brand stream, making sure all outputs reflect Tabbyâs tone, look and feel.
- Contribute to a cohesive Tabby brand identity platform and system including palette, components, type, and motion.
- Use data and insights to inform design decisions and continually improve creative effectiveness.
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing or visual design, ideally in a fast-paced tech or consumer brand.
- Deep experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop); motion design is a strong advantage.
- Experience building and optimising CRM/email campaigns through drag-and-drop editors.
- Experience designing a variety of asset types including OOH, paid ads, in-store branding and digital media.
- Strong understanding of brand systems and the ability to balance consistency with flexibility.
- Excellent project management skills with comfort in leading projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas and design rationale to creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Fluency in English design work; Arabic design skills are a bonus.
