The Information Systems team builds and enhances internal enterprise platforms that support human resources, workplace services, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and approval workflows, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from strategic planning and solution design to implementation, security, configuration, and continuous optimization. The Product Manager Leader - Workplace Service plans the roadmap for B2B products based on user requirements and steers product direction using business and product analysis; analyzes and diagnoses business problems by identifying user's pain points and priorities; conducts competitive analysis and implements plans for responsible areas; delivers secure and user-friendly products while coordinating Technology, Testing & Operations to achieve product business goals; leads product operations, including training and data analysis; monitors user feedback, analyzes user behavior, and continuously optimizes the product user experience with accountability for customer satisfaction. The mandate emphasizes secure, efficient, and user-friendly B2B products that empower internal teams, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, requiring familiarity with internet product design and development processes, requirements analysis, product design, project launch management, and collaboration with technical teams for efficient launches across enterprise management software and workplace services contexts.
