Job description
The Customer Success Partner (CSP) is responsible for driving revenue retention by owning the post-sales customer experience and engagement, ensuring adoption and value realization of Property Finder’s digital products. This role focuses on key accounts, leveraging customer health data to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver customer outcomes, client satisfaction, and revenue growth. The CSP partners closely with Sales to support revenue targets and identify upsell opportunities, serving as a trusted advisor and dedicated point of contact for customers.

Key responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their dedicated point of contact
- Represent best practices regarding Property Finder products and services to maximize value
- Consult with clients to establish goals and metrics for success
- Monitor health metrics and conduct reviews to ensure clients are on track with goals
- Identify CSQLs during customer check-ins to support revenue growth and upsell opportunities
- Leverage technology to increase efficiencies and scalability
- Partner with sales to provide support and resources throughout the customer lifecycle
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Science
- 3–5 years in a SaaS/Subscription environment
- Experience managing multimillion AED quota
- Business and financial acumen; P&L expertise is a plus
- Organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter with critical-thinking skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience in real estate media, tech, software, advertising, or marketplace-based businesses preferred
- Fluent in English, Arabic preferred
