Job description
At Keyper, the Property Manager – Operations empowers property managers with advanced technology to efficiently manage and enhance portfolios by leveraging real-time performance monitoring and seamless digital transactions. The role provides exemplary customer support to tenants, landlords, and institutional clients using Keyper’s CRM and analytics tools for data-driven decision support; facilitates property takeover and setup by obtaining necessary documents and approvals from developers and landlords, scheduling property orientations, finalizing payments, and collecting keys and access cards; assists tenants through move-in and move-out processes by coordinating inspections, handling key transfers, and documenting property condition; oversees comprehensive property management functions including maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and budgeting via Keyper’s platform to drive high occupancy and tenant satisfaction; coordinates maintenance for occupied and vacant properties by scheduling inspections, obtaining quotes, and directing service teams through to completion; manages tenant interactions end-to-end from contract initiation, document collection (EID, passport, visa) and lease drafting to maintenance requests and renewals, using digital platforms such as DocuSign; oversees financial operations including rent check collection and deposit, invoicing for management fees, and payables (service charges, maintenance) via Zoho, Stripe, or similar tools; ensures compliance and legal adherence including Ejari issuance and local regulatory documentation (DEWA, DREC, DLD, Trakeeshi); and responds promptly to emergencies to maintain standards. The role demands data-driven decision making, effective communication, leadership and team management, problem solving, and financial acumen aligned to property management accounting and reporting practices.

- Provide exemplary service to tenants, landlords, and institutional clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly using Keyper’s CRM and data insights
- Facilitate takeover and setup of new and existing properties by obtaining required documents and approvals, coordinating orientations, finalizing payments, and collecting keys and access cards
- Assist tenants with move-in and move-out processes, coordinating inspections, key transfers, and condition documentation
- Oversee maintenance coordination for occupied and vacant properties by scheduling inspections, obtaining quotes, and directing service teams through approval and completion
- Manage comprehensive property operations including maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and budgeting to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction
- Handle tenant management from initial contract, document collection (EID, passport, visa), and lease drafting to maintenance requests and renewals using digital tools (e.g., DocuSign)
- Oversee financial management including rent check collection and deposit, invoicing of property management fees, and management of payables (service charges, maintenance) via platforms such as Zoho and Stripe
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including issuance of Ejari certificates and handling of legal documentation for lease agreements and renewals (DEWA, DREC, DLD, Trakeeshi)
- Monitor portfolio performance with Keyper’s analytics tools and implement data-driven operational improvements
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues to maintain tenant satisfaction and property standards
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven experience in property management across residential, commercial, and retail assets
- Comprehensive knowledge of local property management regulations, landlord-tenant laws, and market trends
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Ejari, DEWA, DREC, DLD, and Trakeeshi processes and platforms
- Valid UAE driver’s license and reliable transportation
