Job description
The Digital Product Manager at Al Futtaim Private Company LLC is responsible for managing and evolving digital journeys for Private Banking, including Wealth Management and Daily Banking. The role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital features, ensuring seamless experiences for affluent clients while aligning with business objectives and GCC regulatory standards. The position translates client needs, relationship manager feedback, and business requirements into user stories and product backlogs, prioritizes enhancements, collaborates with Technology, UX/UI, and agency partners, supports journey optimization across onboarding, payments, servicing tools, portfolio views, and advisory workflows, ensures regulatory and information-security compliance for all releases, monitors product KPIs including engagement, usage, conversion, servicing efficiency, and digital adoption, drives continuous improvement through analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and client feedback, and contributes to innovation initiatives such as personalization, automation, digital advisory tools, and real-time reporting for Private Banking clients. The role requires working closely with Wealth Management and Daily Banking teams to ensure digital solutions support advisory and servicing processes, and maintaining alignment with Al Futtaim Group values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Excellence.

Key responsibilities
- Own the digital product roadmap for Private Banking across Wealth Management and Daily Banking journeys, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Translate business requirements, client insights, and RM feedback into clear user stories, detailed requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver enhancements and new capabilities on digital banking platforms.
- Collaborate with Technology, UX/UI, and agency partners to deliver product features, enhancements, and improvements across digital journeys.
- Support the design and optimization of client digital journeys, including onboarding, payments, servicing tools, portfolio views, and advisory functionalities.
- Partner with CX and Service Design teams to validate journeys through testing, client insights, and usability research.
- Ensure all product releases comply with regulatory, compliance, and information-security requirements specific to GCC banking regulations.
- Monitor product KPIs, drive continuous improvement through analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and client feedback loops, and support innovation initiatives such as personalization, automation, and digital advisory tools.
Experience & skills
- Obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Demonstrate 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or digital banking environments.
- Proven capability in writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and operating within agile or hybrid frameworks.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys for Daily Banking and Wealth Management, including advisory workflows and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in analyzing digital metrics, conducting A/B testing, and applying insights to drive product improvements.
- Familiarity with GCC regulatory standards for digital banking platforms and compliance requirements.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI, technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Ability to drive innovation through personalization, automation, digital advisory tools, and real-time reporting for affluent clients.
