Standard Chartered is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Senior Resourcing Specialist) to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles across the bank. The role requires acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and building diverse talent pipelines to support long-term growth. Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and advise on effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and talent pooling.
- Leverage data and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions and influence talent strategies.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and cost efficiency.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability in the banking and financial services sector.
- Drive Localization Agenda across the MENA region.
Experience & skills
- Extensive hiring-focused experience with full project life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in-house and managing localization agenda through hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior-level managers and stakeholders.
- Extensive experience of recruitment at an operational and strategic level (in-house preferred, or search firm / consultancy).
- Knowledge and experience of HR information systems (Success Factor preferred).
