Job description
The Marketing Manager at Careem is part of the Brand Marketing & Creative team and is responsible for localising and executing marketing strategies in line with Careemās brand positioning and business goals. This role involves leading end-to-end multi-channel campaign development in collaboration with creative, content, digital, and agency teams. The position also partners closely with cross-functional teams across growth, commercial, operations, and product to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives. The manager is tasked with managing local agency and vendor relationships, identifying cultural and consumer insights, and using them to create locally resonant campaigns. A strong understanding of the Saudi consumer landscape and media channels is essential. The role also includes monitoring and analysing marketing performance, providing insights, and making optimisation recommendations. Arabic fluency is a must. The position offers hybrid work flexibility, with 4 days in-office and 1 remote, plus the opportunity to work from anywhere globally for 30 days per year.

Experience & skills
- Have 5ā7 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing roles
- Show proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns and managing external vendors
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the Saudi consumer market, media landscape, and cultural nuances
- Possess exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Be capable of cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
- Be fluent in Arabic
