Job description
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing both long- and short-term marketing strategies for assigned brands. The role covers brand management, business growth, budget management, and people management, ensuring that all campaigns, communications, and promotional activities align with brand objectives. The position requires working closely with media, agencies, and internal teams to enhance brand visibility, grow market share, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with assigned brands to manage marketing services and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives
- Deliver above and below the line marketing materials within budget
- Build and maintain media relationships and manage communication with agencies across markets
- Develop integrated communication strategies for enhancing brand equity and preference
- Plan efficient media management and resource utilization
- Coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Formulate marketing plans for top and bottom-line profitability
- Negotiate with new clients for profitable business opportunities
- Execute marketing strategies to achieve volume, market share, and profit objectives
- Enhance brand visibility and drive business growth through development strategies
- Develop strategic relationships with key accounts to understand requirements
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify prospective clients
- Analyze customer behavior via loyalty programs to drive brand penetration and loyalty
- Plan and manage advertising media with local and national outlets
- Align with creative teams and visual merchandisers for campaign execution
- Prepare ROI measurability reports for all events and campaigns
- Provide post-mortem campaign reports with ROI analysis
- Collaborate with territory marketing heads to share brand updates and materials
- Ensure compliance with GCC market restrictions and cultural sensitivities in marketing materials
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing and brand management
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Experience in business development and client acquisition
- Strong knowledge of media planning, advertising, and promotions
- Experience in competitor analysis and customer segmentation
- Ability to deliver measurable ROI from campaigns and events
- Familiarity with GCC market restrictions and cultural norms
