Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of hair educators across the UAE by overseeing daily education team management activities, setting clear operational expectations, monitoring performance monitoring metrics, ensuring consistent delivery of hair education program management, and maintaining alignment with business objective alignment and training operations management strategies
• Plan and monitor training schedule planning and field activity planning by coordinating educator calendars, managing training operations management logistics, ensuring coverage across key regions, aligning training initiatives with commercial team collaboration and brand team collaboration requirements, and maintaining efficient field team coordination
• Ensure high standards of performance monitoring and consistency across the education team by implementing KPI tracking frameworks, reviewing performance metrics tracking, identifying operational performance improvement opportunities, and maintaining consistent education function management practices
• Collaborate with commercial team collaboration and brand team collaboration to support business objective alignment by integrating training operations management into business initiatives, aligning education programs with product launches, and supporting operational planning across regional markets
• Track KPI tracking and implement operational performance improvement initiatives by analyzing training effectiveness, monitoring performance metrics tracking, evaluating field activity planning outcomes, and optimizing hair education program management strategies
• Oversee hair education program management and education function management across the UAE by ensuring consistency in training delivery, managing field team coordination, supporting operational planning, and maintaining performance monitoring standards
• Coordinate field team coordination and monitor field activities to maintain operational efficiency by reviewing training schedule planning, ensuring effective educator deployment, and aligning education initiatives with business objective alignment goals
• Ensure team performance management and performance monitoring across all education initiatives by implementing KPI tracking systems, managing operational planning, and driving operational performance improvement across the UAE education structure
