The Solution Architect, SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) role in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi) is an experienced, full-time sales-focused position responsible for shaping enterprise cybersecurity outcomes through the design and delivery of tailored SASE solutions. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution, leading complex sales engineering initiatives while collaborating closely with Sales, Channel, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to influence product innovation and drive go-to-market success. The position requires strong working knowledge of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architectures, including Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), SD-WAN, secure connectivity, and Remote and hybrid workforce security. The Solution Architect engages with stakeholders ranging from developers and architects to CISOs and CXOs, building trusted relationships and positioning solutions that connect technology capabilities to business value and ROI. The role demands solid technical understanding of cloud security, application security, and modern DevSecOps environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub, and GitLab, to support enterprise and upper mid-market customers. The candidate is expected to support B2B technology sales efforts with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition, pipeline building, closing complex deals, and exceeding revenue targets. This position includes delivering compelling technical demos and presentations, collaborating cross-functionally with Field Sales teams and Sales Engineering, and driving customer adoption of secure access and enterprise protection solutions in a fast-paced, diverse, and remote-friendly environment. The role may require travel as necessary to support national and international customer and partner engagements.

- Design and deliver tailored Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions by leveraging Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), SD-WAN, secure connectivity, and Remote and hybrid workforce security architectures to address enterprise cybersecurity requirements.
- Lead complex sales engineering initiatives by partnering with Sales, Channel, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive go-to-market success, influence product innovation, and accelerate customer adoption.
- Drive net-new logo acquisition in enterprise and upper mid-market environments by building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, closing complex deals, and consistently exceeding revenue targets within B2B technology sales engagements.
- Deliver clear, compelling technical demos and presentations that articulate cloud security, application security, and DevSecOps capabilities across AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub, and GitLab, connecting technical value to measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders including developers, architects, CISOs, and CXOs, building trusted relationships and positioning SASE solutions aligned to enterprise security strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales teams, Sales Engineering, Channel, Product, and Marketing to ensure coordinated execution of sales strategies, successful deal progression, and seamless customer experience.
- Travel as required to support national and international customer engagements, partner interactions, executive briefings, and strategic sales initiatives related to SASE and enterprise cybersecurity.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition in enterprise or upper mid-market environments and a proven track record of pipeline building, closing complex deals, and exceeding revenue targets.
- Possess strong working knowledge of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architectures including Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), SD-WAN, secure connectivity, and Remote and hybrid workforce security.
- Exhibit solid technical understanding of cloud security, application security, and modern DevSecOps environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub, and GitLab to support technical solution design and customer engagements.
- Demonstrate ability to deliver impactful technical demos and presentations that clearly connect cybersecurity technologies to business value, enterprise risk reduction, and ROI for senior stakeholders.
- Show experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Product, Marketing, Field Sales teams, and Sales Engineering to drive customer adoption and go-to-market execution.
- Maintain comfort engaging with diverse stakeholders ranging from developers and architects to CISOs and CXOs, building long-term trusted relationships across enterprise accounts.
- Exhibit willingness and ability to travel as required to support customer engagements, strategic initiatives, and sales activities within the United Arab Emirates and potentially at international levels.
