Job description

The Product Designer at Analog is responsible for creating human-centric digital product experiences that enhance usability and value across AI-powered platforms. Analog is pioneering physical intelligence through living world models continuously enriched by capture points, devices, and interactions, supported by Ana, the Analog Neural Agent that transforms raw data into foresight and orchestration across sectors including cities, infrastructure, healthcare, energy, sports, and entertainment. The role focuses on end-to-end product design, transforming conceptual ideas into scalable, intuitive designs for complex ecosystems such as super apps while maintaining simplicity and seamless user experience. The Product Designer collaborates closely with Product, Research, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven, user-friendly solutions, leads design strategy and vision, owns user flows, interaction design, and visual design across multiple initiatives, and presents designs, prototypes, and concepts to stakeholders. The role emphasizes understanding how AI works and applying it in thoughtful, human-first ways, staying current with design trends, AI applications, emerging product ecosystems, and new interaction paradigms such as VR, AR, MR, hand tracking, and eye tracking, contributing to Analog’s mission of building adaptive, resilient, and human-centered systems with global impact.
