Job description
Huspy seeks a Mortgage Consultant in Abu Dhabi or Dubai to generate revenue by efficiently submitting and processing client mortgage files, acquire and manage mortgage clientele, and recruit real estate agencies to the Huspy platform through network outreach, in-person visits, and introductory presentations. The role drives channel and company growth by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with agencies in a managed portfolio to ensure engagement and satisfaction, advising clients on bank products, policies, and processes to help them select optimal options, and guiding clients end-to-end through the mortgage process. Operating within a leading EMEA proptech that has built a SuperApp for agents and mortgage brokers, the consultant contributes to projects across the channel and broader company, leveraging deep UAE real estate and financial market knowledge and a background in mortgages and/or financial services with solid product knowledge. The mandate emphasizes partner network development, consultative selling, business development and pipeline growth, portfolio relationship management, and consistent revenue generation in a buzzing, modern on-site environment, supported by competitive uncapped commissions, medical insurance, incentives, mentorship, market insights, and strong marketing firepower.

- Generate revenue by submitting and processing client mortgage files efficiently to drive conversions and completions.
- Prospect and recruit real estate agencies to join the Huspy platform via network outreach, in-person visits, and delivering introductory presentations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agencies in the portfolio to ensure ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and sustained referrals.
- Acquire mortgage clientele through both partner networks and direct personal channels to build a healthy pipeline.
- Advise clients on bank products, policies, and processes and help them select optimal mortgage options based on needs.
- Guide clients through the mortgage process from initial consultation to completion, providing assistance, oversight, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to projects within the channel and the broader company to improve processes, tools, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other teams, think creatively to resolve obstacles, and support teammates in learning and understanding processes.
Experience & skills
- Bring a minimum of 1 year of Dubai mortgage experience with strong knowledge of the local real estate and financial market.
- Demonstrate proven consultative selling ability with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Have a background in mortgages and/or financial services with solid product knowledge.
- Maintain an established network of introducers in the real estate industry to generate business.
- Exhibit a business development mindset with the ability to create new opportunities and grow pipelines.
- Be sales-driven and revenue-motivated with a consistent focus on results.
- Show strong client management capability to manage expectations while delivering a high-quality, professional service.
