Job description
Oversees field sales operations for Bisleri bottled water products across multiple UAE locations. Responsible for supervising sales representatives and merchandisers, ensuring route efficiency, product availability, planogram compliance, and achievement of sales targets. Acts as a liaison between sales teams, logistics, and management to optimize operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B, and retail channels
- Monitor daily sales operations, deliveries, and product placement across residential, HORECA, and retail segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including households, offices, construction sites, and retail stores
- Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and report competitor insights to Sales Managers
- Ensure on-shelf visibility, promotional execution, and adherence to planograms in retail outlets
- Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and best practices for route planning
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure stock availability and optimize routes
- Ensure all sales activities comply with local trade, health, and safety regulations
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bottled water or FMCG sales within the UAE market
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and manage multiple locations
- In-depth knowledge of UAE consumer and retail landscape, especially Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and merchandising software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions effectively
