Job description

In this role you will oversee all aspects of the property portfolio managed by KAIZEN Asset Management Services, ensuring buildings are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and rental income is maximized. You will supervise all operations related to the management of properties, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations. You are responsible for developing and implementing property management plans to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. Your responsibilities include overseeing the leasing process, including marketing available units, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreements. You will maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions and rental trends to inform pricing and marketing strategies, and you are responsible for ensuring all properties meet compliance standards and adhere to local regulations and laws. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee maintenance and repair projects, and you are responsible for handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner. In this role you will monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare monthly financial reports, and develop annual property budgets, staying updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in property management practices.
