Key responsibilities

• Single-point responsibility for all mechanical equipment engineering rotating design deliverables, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client policies.
• Provide input to the preparation of Technical Work Practices (TWP’s) and Standards.
• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of discipline activities including manhour estimating and schedule preparation for bids/tenders.
• Identify concerns regarding progress or quality and recommend corrective actions.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and generate status reports for Engineering/Project Manager.
• Ensure all team members are competency assessed and maintain required competency levels.
• Define minimum acceptance criteria and pre-qualify third parties.
• Engage with licensors, equipment vendors, and OEMs to finalize project deliverables and provide budget cost estimates.
• Define scope of work for 3rd party subcontracts as required.
• Prepare Tender Bid Evaluations and assess vendor bids.
• Review Vendor Documents for detailed engineering projects.
