Job description
The Office Lead role based in Riyadh is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of daily operations for the Riyadh office within a consulting or professional services environment. The position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on relationship management and identification of new business opportunities, while coordinating closely with regional leadership to align office-level strategy with broader organizational objectives. The role includes managing office budgets, resource allocation, and operational performance metrics, ensuring compliance with local Saudi Arabian regulations, company policies, and applicable industry standards. The Office Lead drives business development initiatives through proposal preparation and client presentations, supports recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members, and supervises office administration functions including facilities management, vendor and supplier coordination, procurement of office supplies, scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning. The role also involves implementing and maintaining office policies, procedures, and documentation, managing records, correspondence, and confidential information securely, and applying working knowledge of government portals such as Etimad. The position requires prior relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, current residency in Riyadh, and a strong understanding of the local business environment and regulatory landscape.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred
- Possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, including at least 2 years in a leadership or office management role
- Demonstrate proven experience in team management, client relationship building, and business development
- Show strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment and regulatory landscape
- Apply working knowledge of government portals such as Etimad
- Maintain fluency in English, with Arabic language skills highly desirable
- Be currently located in Riyadh with prior relevant experience in Saudi Arabia
