Job description
Reporting to the EMEA Head of People, this Senior People Business Partner works with AlixPartners' Middle East leadership to shape and deliver a commercially focused people strategy. The role can be based in Dubai or Riyadh and runs on a hybrid model, with some travel. Country Leader and Partner Managing Directors (PMDs) are your main partners in planning the people agenda around the regional market strategy. Performance and talent management, career development, succession, leadership capability, workforce planning, engagement, reward and organisational effectiveness all fall within scope. Leaders come to you for data-led insight on engagement, retention and performance, and for coaching across the full employee lifecycle. Organisation design, ways of working and change initiatives are advised on and embedded across the region. Firm-wide D&I strategy is translated into local action, and pay decisions are aligned with global compensation frameworks and benchmarks. Complex employee relations matters need sound judgement and discretion, especially under UAE, KSA and DIFC employment law. At least 8 years in HR, mostly as a strategic HR Business Partner in a multinational matrix organisation, is required, with consulting or professional services experience strongly preferred and Arabic an advantage.
