Key responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients' employees on new technologies and processes.
- Create comprehensive change management plans to support the adoption of digital solutions.
- Offer ongoing support and coaching to ensure that employees are confident and proficient in using new tools.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Experience & skills
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, AI, and automation tools.
