Key responsibilities

• Define and establish the end-to-end Quality Assurance strategy, governance framework, testing standards, and quality control processes for AI and technology projects
• Lead and oversee comprehensive testing activities including functional testing, system testing, and integration testing to validate end-to-end business workflows and system interactions
• Manage API and backend testing using tools such as Swagger, Postman, and Rest Assured to ensure reliable system integration and service communication
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Robot Framework, SHAFT Engine, and Selenium to improve test coverage, efficiency, and repeatability
• Conduct and supervise performance testing using tools including JMeter, Locust, Gatling, and k6 to evaluate system performance, scalability, and reliability under load
• Review, validate, and approve all QA deliverables, testing documentation, and verification evidence before client submission to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Lead QA team operations including planning, task allocation, execution oversight, and reporting while ensuring effective collaboration across project teams
• Ensure full traceability between project requirements, test cases, identified defects, and final delivery outcomes through structured QA documentation and governance
• Collaborate closely with development, data engineering, and AI teams throughout the project lifecycle to maintain quality standards and ensure successful delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes, testing efficiency, defect management, and quality metrics across technology projects
