The role also involves managing large distributed teams across multiple locations, hiring and developing talent, building leadership pipelines, and ensuring high-performance execution. The position requires ownership of strategic sales projects, proactive execution, independent delivery of outcomes, and adherence to deadlines while managing complex stakeholder environments.
