Job description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a permanent position based in Dubai within a well-established multinational organisation operating in the property industry. The role is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment activities across the business, developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent aligned with the organisationās property sector requirements. The position involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role utilises a range of recruitment platforms, tools, and systems to identify, engage, and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet both current and future hiring demands. The position ensures recruitment activities are compliant with employment laws and internal company policies, provides regular recruitment progress reports to HR and leadership, and contributes to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organisationās market position within the property industry. The role operates within a large, structured organisation offering a stable and supportive working environment.

Experience & skills
- Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrate proven expertise in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment processes
- Possess strong knowledge of the property industry and its talent requirements
- Show proficiency in using recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems
- Maintain experience managing multiple recruitment projects concurrently
- Operate effectively within a large multinational or structured organisational environment
