Job description
Manage all trade marketing elements linked to customer experience and journey instore. Lead with all key planning and cross functional teams the retail marketing calendar for Sephora Middle East across all regions. Manage execution and development of the instore animation calendar across the full Sephora Network ensuring all 360 touchpoints are met. Manage and facilitate projects with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all 360 touchpoints are met during KCPās and thematic animations. Directly project manage and lead all instore build, development and pop ups as required. Manage the design and execution all instore visibility elements, including all visual merchandizing, new store destinations and all regional animation roll outs.

Key responsibilities
- Build out instore guidelines and requirements in coordination with Sephora EME to ensure all instore and online guidelines are executed accurately.
- Lead execution and development of the instore animation calendar across the Sephora Network ensuring 360 touchpoints are met.
- Facilitate and execute all stages of the animation process including design, coordination, production, and execution.
- Liaise with cross functional departments to align messaging and customer journey touchpoints.
- Manage timelines, documents, and trackers to meet all deliverables and due dates.
- Maintain strong cross functional relationships to support storytelling.
- Coordinate all special projects with cross functional and international teams.
- Support store opening retail marketing activities and events.
- Maintain and monitor yearly budget for Animation and In Store Marketing.
- Oversee regional store window rollouts.
- Lead execution and design of instore category fixtures.
- Coordinate all stages of category fixture design and production.
- Manage development and regional rollout of fixtures within budget.
- Develop and maintain guidelines for animation and fixture designs.
- Ensure brand activation designs and executions comply with Sephora guidelines.
- Provide production requirements and assets to suppliers.
- Manage communication between Sephora Europe and local markets.
- Liaise with suppliers and teams to support project development.
Experience & skills
- University degree required.
- 3ā4 years of experience in marketing or visual merchandising in a medium to large organization.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel within the region for business.

- Strong coordination and influencing skills.
