Job description
Cigna Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Global Telemarketing Executive to join its Dubai-based telesales team. This role involves handling inbound queries from prospective clients, making outbound calls to web-generated leads, and guiding customers through the insurance selection process with the goal of closing sales. Candidates must be flexible with shift timings to meet the needs of a 24/7 global operation. A strong background in insurance or telesales, particularly in a regulated environment, is highly valued.

Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and internet inquiries about eligibility, coverage, and policy terms
- Meet and exceed pre-determined sales targets
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients
- Ensure first-call resolution and strive for service excellence
- Work within regulatory boundaries and territorial limits
- Maintain sales integrity and treat customers fairly
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Keep accurate records and sales documentation
- Support less experienced colleagues and team goals
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Work across 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, to support 24/7 operations
Experience & skills
- 1â2 yearsâ experience in health insurance, telemarketing, or outbound sales
- Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving
- Proven telemarketing and telesales experience in a regulated environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and basic systems navigation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet sales goals
- Strong teamwork and workflow management skills
- Regulatory awareness in insurance sales processes
- Availability to work flexible 10-hour shifts across 24 hours
