Job description
Complex construction logistics rarely stay predictable, and this role exists to keep planning, scheduling and performance monitoring under control across a portfolio of projects within a major entertainment and luxury hospitality development. You oversee logistics programme reviews, validating sequencing, constructability, constraints and delivery readiness across assigned scope. Progress, performance and forecasting all get monitored closely, with rigorous analysis and reporting feeding into decisions made further up the chain. Contractual planning activities fall under this remit too, covering delay analysis, change assessment and programme compliance. Stakeholders across schedule, cost, risk and logistics data all coordinate through this position to keep delivery safe and efficient. Weather-sensitive logistics planning and contingency management sit alongside interface management between multiple work packages, since a delay in one area rarely stays contained to just that area. Contractors and third-party logistics providers get managed directly, with collaboration between logistics and construction teams actively driven rather than left to happen on its own. Advanced Primavera P6 work, programme assurance and contractor schedule reviews all run through this seat, supporting Mace's net zero carbon ambitions along the way.
