Job description
Sia Partners is hiring an Associate Consultant for its Abu Dhabi office. This role involves supporting project execution, service delivery, and targeted initiatives across the Middle East, particularly within sectors like transport, energy, banking & insurance, and the public sector. The Associate Consultant will work under the guidance of experienced consultants, contributing to business transformation and innovation projects. The role includes project delivery, client material preparation, market research, training, process analysis, stakeholder alignment, and participation in strategy, performance, and business improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Assist consultants and managers in the delivery of project work across a range of clients based mainly at Siaās offices and sometimes at client sites.
- Help the commercial activity: drafting business proposals and other client materials, conducting market research, and helping identify and bring forward potential commercial opportunities.
- Undertake training.
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture process requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct understanding sessions, analyze activities and map As-Is processes models.
- Design workflows capturing process narratives, RACI, inputs and outputs, application systems etc.
- Conduct working sessions for validation and knowledge transfers.
- Participate in project management engagements with internal stakeholders and third parties.
- Support business strategy definition and implementation through business plans, digital strategies, market studies, financial modelling, and data analysis.
- Engage in business process study, mapping and reengineering, performance management design and implementation, benchmarks and analysis.
Experience & skills
- Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Economics) from top-tier university.
- 1 year of experience preferably in consulting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to challenging and frequently changing environments.
- Ability to work on challenging topics across multiple business areas under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven experience working in a team environment.
- Experience in Business Process Management or Reengineering.
- Stakeholder Management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Visio and ARIS is a plus.
- Business proficiency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, typing) is a must.
