The role also involves maintaining sound understanding of compliance and integrity principles, demonstrating knowledge of therapeutic areas, competitors, and promoted products, and achieving sales targets through both virtual and face-to-face engagements. Candidates must possess strong pharmaceutical sales capabilities, digital learning agility, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook while working collaboratively within team environments to support brand growth and patient-focused outcomes.

- Act as key point of contact for compliant and reactive connections to Pfizer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal resources
- Onboard customers to Pfizer operating model and digital platforms including Digital Engagement Portal to enhance engagement
- Orchestrate customer experience by selecting relevant content based on customer preferences, behaviors, and clinical needs
- Execute promotional activities to maximize brand growth and product adoption across assigned territory
- Maintain strong understanding of therapeutic areas, promoted products, and competitor landscape to support effective selling
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face interactions with healthcare professionals to deliver presentations and achieve sales targets
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Pharmacy
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a multinational pharmaceutical organization preferred
- Demonstrate effective selling and presentation skills through virtual and face-to-face customer interactions
- Show proven record of sales achievement and ability to meet territory targets
- Maintain sound understanding of compliance and integrity principles in pharmaceutical promotion
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas, promoted products, and competitors
- Exhibit digital learning agility and ability to adopt digital engagement platforms
- Demonstrate good business knowledge and customer acumen in pharmaceutical sales
