Job description
The Business Development Manager – Forex Industry at DB Investing is responsible for driving global expansion and revenue growth within a multi-regulated Forex brokerage operating across the UAE, Europe, Africa, and additional international markets. The role focuses on identifying, acquiring, and managing strategic partnerships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, fund managers, and white-label clients, ensuring strong pipeline development and sustainable business growth across forex and fintech markets. The position leads the execution of market expansion strategies across regions including the GCC, Asia, and Latin America, contributing to the company’s objective of scaling its trading services across 10,000+ financial instruments. The role involves negotiating and onboarding key partners, managing performance outcomes, and ensuring seamless integration between partners and internal marketing, compliance, and sales teams. It requires continuous monitoring of competitor activity, trading market trends, and regulatory environments to optimize acquisition strategies and maintain competitive positioning. The Business Development Manager represents the company at industry events, expos, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities. The role reports directly to the Head of Business Development and operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment requiring autonomy, strong commercial acumen, and measurable growth delivery. The position demands deep understanding of Forex products, trading platforms such as MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and global regulatory frameworks governing financial trading services.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage strategic partnerships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, fund managers, and white-label clients to drive revenue growth in Forex and fintech markets
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies across GCC, Asia, Latin America, and other international regions to increase global footprint and client acquisition
- Lead negotiation, onboarding, and performance management of key partners ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, compliance, and sales to ensure smooth partner integration and operational efficiency
- Monitor competitor activity, trading market trends, and regulatory developments to optimize acquisition strategies and maintain competitive advantage
- Represent the company at industry conferences, expos, and networking events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence in target markets
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of B2B clients including IBs, affiliates, and white-label partners to support long-term revenue generation
- Report performance metrics, partnership progress, and business development outcomes directly to the Head of Business Development
Experience & skills
- Apply minimum 1+ years of experience in business development within the Forex or Fintech industry with proven track record of partner acquisition
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Forex trading products, financial instruments, and trading platforms including MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients including IBs, affiliates, fund managers, and white-label partners in financial services
- Utilize strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to secure and maintain high-value partnerships
- Execute independent business development strategies and deliver measurable revenue growth in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory frameworks to support strategic decision-making in Forex expansion
- Communicate fluently in English, with additional languages considered an advantage for international market expansion
- Operate effectively in Dubai-based or relocation-ready environments with willingness to engage in global travel and industry events
