Job description
ADNOC Distribution's reputation with customers, investors, government and the media depends on how clearly the company tells its story, and this Abu Dhabi manager leads that effort with a team of 15 communications and social media professionals. Integrated PR programmes, campaigns and content strategies carry the company's business priorities and growth initiatives across external channels. Press releases, reports, brochures, corporate videos, website content and social media scripts are developed and reviewed to multinational standards. Speeches, media interviews and presentations for executives are written by you and aligned with the CEO, headquarters communications and the executive team before release. Social media strategy covers community management, sentiment monitoring, content performance, SEO, location mapping and organic search. ADNOC HQ, government entities, investors and media all count on you as a primary liaison. Mergers and acquisitions need clear external messaging, and crisis communication plans protect reputation when things go wrong. At least 12 years in external communications, public relations or digital media within a corporate or government setting is required, including crisis communications and team leadership. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing is expected, with a Master's or strategic communications certification preferred.
