The Account Executive – Services role at Cisco in Riyadh focuses on driving the sale of Customer Experience Services across multiple enterprise and public sector accounts in Saudi Arabia. The Account Executive develops and executes targeted service sales strategies to grow revenue, expand customer engagement, and strengthen Cisco’s market leadership in the region. The role involves building and managing a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities, and providing actionable reporting to support strategic decision-making. A key responsibility includes leading RFP responses, bid management, and service proposals to secure new business and expand existing accounts. The position requires managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and ensuring delivery of services in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while coordinating internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with Cisco’s technical specialists, marketing teams, vertical experts, and global teams, as well as external channel partners to accelerate service adoption and customer success. The Account Executive also works closely with public sector organizations in Saudi Arabia, including ministries such as Defense, Health, and Education, requiring understanding of procurement processes and buying cycles. The role emphasizes driving service adoption, supporting product and service launches, and implementing best practices in partnership with customers. It operates in a hybrid, fast-paced, cross-functional environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivering measurable business outcomes through technology services sales.

- Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies across multiple enterprise and public sector accounts to drive revenue growth and customer value.
- Manage and expand a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and business reporting for leadership decision-making.
- Lead and prepare RFP responses, bids, and service proposals to secure new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Manage Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and ensure delivery of services in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, vertical specialists, and channel partners to drive service adoption and customer success.
- Engage with public sector clients in Saudi Arabia, understanding procurement processes and aligning solutions to government requirements.
- Lead service adoption initiatives, product and service launches, and implementation of best practices with customer stakeholders.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention across service portfolios.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer needs.
- Provide strategic input and insights to improve sales execution and reinforce Cisco’s market leadership in ICT services.
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in value-based sales within ICT, Internet, Communications, or Technology sectors.
- Experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and service delivery projects.
- Demonstrated experience in direct and indirect sales across multiple enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of Saudi public sector procurement processes and buying cycles.
- Experience in selling services, consulting, or advisory solutions, preferably in public sector environments.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience working in multinational and cross-functional team environments.
