Job description

Turning business use cases into secure, scalable and measurable conversational AI solutions is the core of this Copilot Studio Developer / AI Conversational Engineer role at a major organization in Abu Dhabi. You design, develop and deploy AI-powered conversational agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure AI. Topics, actions, dialog flows and agent orchestration patterns get built from the ground up, translating business requirements into conversational designs, prompts, user journeys and integrations. Copilots get integrated with enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Platform and Microsoft Teams, with integrations built using REST APIs, connectors, Power Automate, Azure Functions and custom actions. RAG, prompt engineering, grounding strategies and human-in-the-loop patterns get implemented across solutions built on Azure AI, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry. Enterprise security, privacy, responsible AI, access control and governance standards apply to every deployment. Proofs of concept get developed and successful solutions industrialised into production environments, with agent accuracy, adoption, usage and performance monitored and continuously improved. Technical documentation, reusable templates and handover materials round out the deliverables.
